Our Story

Revolutionizing Healthcare
At Survey Health, we empower healthcare providers and their patients with innovative, AI-driven solutions that transform access to care.

We believe patients should be active participants in their health—not just recipients of care—so we foster meaningful, automated interactions that scale across populations and elevate the patient’s role in decision-making.
The Healthcare Tipping Point
After years working with leading healthcare organizations, we recognized the emerging challenges: provider shortages, care team burnout, gaps in proactive communication, and disparities in rural and underserved markets.

Motivated by the potential of technology to transform complex systems, we set out to design a smarter, more intuitive healthcare experience—one that delivers impact at scale, reduces burden on care teams, and keeps patients at the center of care.
